Cost: R250 per Karate-Ka (Payment during the week od 3 Feb – 7 Feb)
1 – PARENTS, BROTHERS, SISTERS or your FRIENDS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN THE TRAINING CAMP!!
2 – Transport to and from the camp will be the responsibility of the guardian/parents.
3 – What to bring; old clothes, caps, swimsuit, suntan spray, towels and toiletries but most important your Karate Gear (suits and belts); running shoes and any medications.
4 – Food and Drink: Plate, cup, knife and fork, Something small to eat for a breakfast, and Braai Pak for later when we braai in the afternoon. Cold drinks. NO ALCOHOL.
