1 – PARENTS, BROTHERS, SISTERS or your FRIENDS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN THE TRAINING CAMP!!

2 – Transport to and from the camp will be the responsibility of the guardian/parents.

3 – What to bring; water bottle, old clothes, cap, suntan spray, towel and toiletries but most important your Karate Gear (suits and belts); running shoes and any medications.

4 – Food and Drink: Plate, cup, knife and fork, Something small to eat for a breakfast, and Braai Pak for later when we braai in the afternoon. Cold drinks / Water. NO ALCOHOL!
