The cost of R1950 covers accommodation\, meals\, training sessions\, and all activities offered at the lodge. \nImportant Guidelines \n1. No Parents Allowed: To foster a sense of independence and camaraderie among our students\, we have a strict policy of no parents at the camp. This allows the children to form deeper connections with each other and enhances the overall experience. Parental presence can hinder the family-like interaction that we aim to cultivate during the camp. \n2. Transport Arrangements: Parents and guardians are responsible for arranging transport to and from the lodge. For those coming from distant locations\, we recommend coordinating lift clubs. This way\, one parent can drop off the children while another can pick them up\, ensuring a smooth transition. \n3. Minimum Age Requirement: The camp is open to students aged 8 years and older. If you prefer to drive your child to the camp daily for drop-off and pick-up\, you are welcome to do so. However\, please note that the full camp fee of R1950 will still apply. \n4. What to Bring: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay\, please prepare the following items for your child:\n– Bedding: Sleeping bag\, blankets\, and pillows\n– Clothing: Old clothes for training and leisure activities\n– Swimming Gear: Swimsuit and towels\n– Personal Items: Toiletries\, sunscreen/suntan spray\, and any necessary medications\n– Jiu-Jitsu Gear: Suits and belts\, along with running shoes for outdoor activities\n– Positive Spirit: We encourage students to bring a great attitude and an eagerness to learn and participate.
